First State Vape LLC gives people PAINT COVERED DAB STICKS INSTEAD OF TITANIUM! They literally don't care the owner said we should take it up with BBB WE SMOKED PAINT AND GOT TOLD BY THE OWNER HE WOUDNT REPLACE THE 60 DOLLAR BANGER WE JUST BOUGHT FROM HIM. He says he smokes it all the time.. owners face looks like he didn't mind smoking paint as well. I suspect meth. Buyer beware.

Consumers beware!!! First State Vape LLC gives people paint covered dab sticks instead of titanium! You ask for an exchange or refund and they tell you to take it up with BBB. They don't care that they are willingly selling you this and hiding the fact that it's not titanium.

The dab spoon we sold them had a silicone cover on both ends. They were supposed to use the silicone to disperse there concentrate. I tried to explain they were using the tool wrong. He was not trying to listen. If the tool wasn't supposed to be used or if the product wasn't safe it would not be on the market. On the bottom of his receipt it specifically says no refunds. I fear some products being sold are substandard-or at the very least not as advertised. Specifically rig and banger kits. Maybe owners will look into their supply chain.

first state vape is the only vape shop I will go to in delaware. ive been to multiple shops around the Dover, DE area and they dont compare to first state at all with customer service, their prices, and products. Their salesman Dorsey is my main guy that helps me out when i come in. Very polite people and they always take care of ur needs! The place is always clean and organized. If they don’t have what u looking for they always try there best to look for it or they give u better suggestions or items to try that are new. Love this place and the people that works there. They treat u like family and with respect. I love going here to try new items they got in.
