This place doesn’t not care about your pet, they care about your money. I took my cat here to get her check for ringworm due to bald circle on the cat’s ear. The doctor told us she does not believe it’s ringworm but instead sold us getting the cat tested for ear infection for $70 without checking the cat’s ear first for anything that might indicate a need for the test which came out to be negative. We have used this vet a few times for both dogs when emergencies have arisen. This time I noticed my dog’s abdomen swelling. Appointment on waitlist was easy to make. Took me as soon as I walked in. Took my dog back and did a quick assessment on him. Dr found heart murmur, suggested several test to help determine what was the overall issue and rule some things out. They are amazing at helping take care of their patients. My Belgian Malinois wore his pads off running hard and they took great care of him. This was my second visit to this facility in just over a year for another serious injury and both times they were incredibly helpful and took great care of him. Staff was extremely supportive of my concerns relating to this latest situation and really helpful in helping me understand what needs will be for my pet’s future.
My friend took his very ill dog here with a heart issue where they heavily sedated him and then were laughing at him because he was so limp. Very insensitive and un professional and total disregard for the feeling of the dogs owner, quite disguisting! Have some respect for those of us who love our animals with everything we have and use every dime we pay you to make them well! You people make me sick!
