Had to take my old dog who was very sick. I loved that we were seen right away, my regular vet had sent my record ahead of time, and it was relatively affordable, especially compared to an ER visit. However, I ended up having to go back to my regular vet the next day bc they did not diagnose her with the stomach bug that she had. They didn't send me home with any anti nausea or anything other than the probiotics. My cat had a bad fall and I called them and they got me back as quick as they could and helped immediately. They even helped calm me down because I was a mess. Any pet emergencies I recommend HIGHLY!
Wow! Our pup somehow hurt her front leg and wouldn’t put pressure on it. Everyone was very caring and professional. Thoughtful and conservative treatment plan with clear instructions on what to do if she doesn’t improve. Would definitely recommend!
Everyone there is so sweet and great to deal with. They called to check in on my pup after a week of him being there Update: around August 2024 our frenchie levi ended up having disc disease and no function in his back legs. We brought him in and they laid out everything. Helped explain care credit. He needed an mri and me and my boyfriend had no idea where to start. I can not possibly say strongly enough how horrible my experience with this place was, they took a huge amount of money from me, I had to have a friend send me money because I didn’t have enough and when he gave his CC to the receptionist she stole his CC number and ran up fraudulent charges, I never received any help for my dog was told nothing was wrong, he died five days later
