I 100% recommend First State Restoration and we were extremely pleased with the service. We had a leak in our kitchen ceiling which also led to a fair amount mold that needed removed as well as a repair to the ceiling. Tyler took a situation that was very stressful and worrying and made the entire process seem less, fast, and easy to navigate. First state was amazing to work with! We had water damage due to a burst pipe and Tyler took great care of us. He made the whole process pain free and was always willing to answer questions. I would recommend them to anyone who asked.

First State Restoration has definitely earned a 10 Star rating!! Everyone that we worked with including Carey’s Custom Services LLC provided outstanding service. I don’t even know where to begin. I can’t say enough about how caring and helpful Tyler and his team is. From day one, it was all about helping my mother repair her home and working with the insurance company. Just a few days ago, our family experienced a house fire. Not a total loss, but substantial (& overwhelming) damage. 1st State Restoration was recommended and they did not disappoint!! They were on scene faster than I could've imagined, assured me they'd take care of us and that is exactly what they did. Tyler and crew have showed the genuine care and compassion that is not the norm these days. This is clearly not just a job for these guys. I am forever grateful and would 110% recommend this company!
