First State (Dr Ditty) installed two, Malposition-ed Implants nearly 2 years ago- After conventual bridges didn't work - the dentist I was seeing - and his staff - said they saw worse implant positioning issues from other Ditty patients!! I tried to get get Dr Ditty to move the implants - as per First State's guarantee. awful. almost killed my mom by telling her she could take advil after she got her tooth pulled when the doctor knew she had low platelets. traumatized her and she bled for days, had to go to the ER and almost passed out. When tidwell was confronted about it, he was very defensive about it and his ego. My mom has extremely low platelets (62, normal is 150) and cirrosis from FLD. She asked for a different course of pain treatment, and he scoffed, suggesting my mothers FLD/cirrosis was from drinking rather than bad genetics/die... read more
Called yesterday to schedule an extraction. They were able to get me in today because of a cancellation. The office staff was professional, friendly, knowledgeable, and organized. Dr Riegel was AMAZING! She was kind, personable, impeccable “bed-side manner”. She made the whole process easy and talked through each step and what she would be doing which I REALLY appreciated!!! Her assistant was very nice and personable, as well. Great experience!!! I would give Dr Riegel a 100 star rating if I could! Highly recommend!!!
I highly recommend Dr Tidwell does amazing job this is my second time visiting him he explains everything he going to do before he even starts. he also talks to you the whole time so he knows your comfortable. he pulled my cracked wisdom tooth in less than 15 minutes.i just wanna say thank you again for making the process easy as possible
I had 2 extractions today. No sedation needed as Dr. Riegel is so good at what she does. The staff that set me up prior to surgeons arrival were so comforting knowing I was a bit nervous. Everything was explained to me prior to and during extractions. I absoutly feel this place is the best. The office is clean, organized and professional. You feel safe, cared for and receive quality dental care. Thanks Dr. Riegel for such a successful procedure.
