I got all four of my wisdom teeth removed first thing this morning and it was a smooth, easy experience. From the front desk staff/billing, to the dental assistants, to the surgeon, and the nurse anesthetist, everyone was kind and friendly. All of my questions were answered before I even needed to ask. I cannot say enough kind things about this practice. I am a nervous patient and was facing a pretty tricky extraction. They were so kind and patient and understanding. Dr. Riegel was wonderful. I'm so glad I chose them- there were other, closer options, but this was the best choice for me, hands down. Worth the drive.
First State (Dr Ditty) installed two, Malposition-ed Implants nearly 2 years ago- After conventual bridges didn't work - the dentist I was seeing - and his staff - said they saw worse implant positioning issues from other Ditty patients!! I tried to get get Dr Ditty to move the implants - as per First State's guarantee. Apparently implants cannot be redone (worthless guarantee), so after visiting a prosthodontist who is in the process of making a new bridge, I was told that the implants are mispositioned enough so I'll likel... read more
When I made an appointment with this practice, they confirmed that they were in-network with my insurance plan. I also verified with my insurance plan that the practice was in-network. After the appointment and paying a $95 consultation fee, I was provided a treatment plan with an out-of-network estimate. I asked for clarification and was told that they had since left the network of my insurance plan. They said they called patients to inform them of this change but I "fell through the cracks."
