Older guy with glasses is an issue. Plumbing inspector isn’t professional at all. I dong care if you’ve been a plumber since 73’ making up codes and being rude to homeowners isn’t okay. He was rude to my contractor also. After making complaints at Clayton town it seems I’m not the only one with concerns. He needs to go!
Horrible. Writing the state about these people. The old man who wears glasses is awful as a plumbing inspector. He is unprofessional and seems like the town is aware as well. As i spoke with them about they said there’s several complaints they hear about this particular inspector. Failing me to collect more fees and the making up specs as you . No one cares that you’ve been a planner for 50 years. It’s time to retire! You are not a good inspector
They need to take time to revise the NEC code to understand full understanding. I’m having an investigation put in to verify they don’t make up their own rules as I’ve had plenty of code writers of the NEC look into their negligence. Their operation is both dangerous and cautious to those of whom they inspect. Goal is to have no more third party inspections so there isn’t any more incompetence
They need to put their fees for the inspections on their website so we know that we're not being lied to about the costs and they can just.make up any price they want and the people would not know if they're being ripped off or not
Worst inspection team ever! They love to add new codes and expect you to change them. So cold in here and wont let me have power! My pets may die! They love being in charge!!!!! Run away from them!!!
