I haven’t purchased a car from them but if their dealership is run as poorly as the towing company I wouldn’t. Waited over 3 hours for a tow and then they canceled

I had requested a tow through my auto insurance app after an attempt to jump my car failed. Douglas arrived as my tow driver and after explaining what happened he used his field expertise and suggested another jump attempt with his equipment but asked if i wanted him to just tow me. I definitely wanted to avoid wasting time towing to a mechanic if a jump would fix my problem. Fortunately Douglas was able to jump my car. Not sure if the lady who has been giving me updates is having a bad day, but she is incredibly rude, gave us nothing but attitude when I asked for a second update because they are 3 hours late (I understand because police calls got first priority halfway into waiting). I was met with condescending and dissented language all because I asked for a second update after 2 hours MORE of waiting. Yesterday my van broke down with me and my kids. I was so emotional. I called my insurance for a tow. My wait time was almost two hours. Douglas was there in 30 minutes. He was super friendly and so kind to me and my children. I highly recommend Douglas. He was a lifesaver and a blessing in disguise. You need a tow Douglas is your man!
