A small town bank thats always very helpful! I have banked with them for years.
It shouldn’t take 40 minutes to get help with a new PIN and to cash two savings bond, but it did. I shall be moving my account by the end of the year. Also, why did most of the employees look so unkempt? Please remind people to iron their clothes and brush their hair. It was frankly shameful for bank employees to look so unprofessional.
