Blocked my card and I have no access to my money. Was supposed to be fixed on Friday. Now it's the weekend and the bank is closed till Monday. I am very unhappy 😡
Changed an acct so that Comcast couldn't pull at automatic draw.(on debit) 2 days later the bank pays the automatic draw anyway. Spoke to a teller that argued the point with us, so asked for a mgr. Mgr.never picked up call. What kind of service is this?

Great and very caring bank
Horrible customer service. The tellers are rude. We thought it would be easier having a local bank....we were wrong. I will be closing our accounts ASAP!! Staying with our bank from Maine is easier than dealing with this local, unprofessional bank.
