If I could give this bank zero stars, I absolutely would. Handling a loved one’s estate is already emotional and overwhelming. Instead of making the process easier, this bank made it ten times harder. Communication was inconsistent, questions were brushed off, and we constantly felt like we were chasing down basic information that should have been clearly provided from the start. First Bank of Forest in Mahomet, if you want a well oiled machine that takes care of everything this is the place to be. I have been with a few people that manage this bank for over 30 years. Each person that works here has a role to play and they all knock it out of the park. If you are tired of the big bank rules, and just being a number I encourage you to come here, you won't be sorry.
I have to say this is one of the best banks I have had my financials at. They treat you like your family and you always feel welcome when you’re stopping by. I recommend banking here!
The environment is very welcoming! I have never felt unwelcome, the staff are very kind and respectful. Highly recommend!
