Why is it the ATM frequently out of service? This is the 3rd time we tried to use it in the last couple weeks and it's been out of order. Very frustrating.
My wife stopped in on her way to work to get a signature notarized on a very important document. She was informed it was a $10 fee. My wife dug into her purse but only had $5 bill. When she reached for her card, the lady behind the counters response was "we can't help you, we don't take debt or credit cards." Choice One in Armada does this for no charge with a pleasant service. Won't be ever going back to First State Bank.
Went there for the first time today and the lady (not sure her name) was really helpful and helped me get done what was needed. She wasn’t a robot like most places and made a judgement and helped me out. I’m very appreciative of her. Might need to switch to this bank very soon!
Horrible experience, numerous times from the older women that hate their jobs, and or lives. I am done with this location, I would suggest going to the Chesterfield location. <Warning> Do Not open an account here if you want "Good Customer Service"
My experience was NOT what I would expect from "Your Hometown Bank". Assistant Manager "Cindy" is not very friendly or helpful. Made opening a new account there much more difficult than it needed to be. Would suggest trying a different branch, or at least a different staff member if you go here.
