I no longer live in the area but still keep an account at FSBBW. Great family bank that provides one on one help to customers. Always smiling faces and personal care for each and everyone that enters their 4 locations. If I must call in for assistance with anything I am always greeted by a professional employee who is able and willing to assist me with any and all questions! Would recommend banking with this institution for any commercial or personal banking needs. Thanks FSBBW for being a "hometown" bank!
EVERY employee at this bank has been extremely helpful, friendly and courteous. I couldn't ask for better service!! We have used this bank every since we moved into the area.....don't plan to either move or change banks.
