The best staff of any bank in the valley and surrounding metro! At both Hudson and Bayport branches. No big corporate annoyances just local personalized service. Mortgage dept staff are efficient, reliable and compassionate. No matter when you call there is always a friendly voice on the other end, especially Betty. Must be excellent leadership at the top.
Even bayport mn bank was down went to hudson wi bank and Maalik git me through and help me get what I needed great customer service.
