Our experience with First State Bank was a nightmare. We applied for a construction loan to build our dream house. The only thing we experience was delay from the preparation for the information required for the loan. Also the personal at the bank didn't comunatte with each other, right hand didn't have any clue what the left hand was doing with the paperwork. Worst customer service ever! 48th & Old Cheney location in Lincoln NE. Was told I couldn’t cash a check when the check was from that bank. So now I can’t get paid for the job I just finished. What kind of bank doesn’t cash their own checks. Ridiculous worst bank ever.
