There "new" automated service is horrible! You can't get a hold of anybody, because you can't get pass the stupid system! It didn't matter that I had the correct information. I even tried entering incorrect information! It didn't matter! I get the feeling they are going to loss customers over this!
This the best bank in Cleveland County. A person always answers the phone and they know you by name. Always had a positive interaction and everyone is super friendly. They go out of their way to help you in your situation.
In my opinion this bank is a joke. I feel they have no clue on how to handle customers and resort to bullying tactics. They seem to have a lot of turnover so all tellers don't know what to do and rely solely on the President and in my dealings with her she is clueless as well.
