I requested my account to be closed and the Lindsey in the drive thru was rude and with an attitude “you have to come in the inside to close the account” I explained to her that I have already signed papers in the drive thru in Millington last week. The main office left a message on my voice mail for me to stop by and pay the remaining balance of 99 cent to close the account completely.
