This review is for homeowners looking to potentially employ a property management company. Caveat Emptor (Let the buyer beware) I was a tenant in a property managed by this team. They were absolutely horrible to deal with and regularly failed to meet their responsibilities to me as the tenant and to the owner of the home. I would have stayed in this home and still been paying rent every single month on time like I had for the 18 months I lived there. My daughter and I live in a property managed by Tracey Benson and First Sonoran Property Management. The way Tracey speaks to my daughter is not okay. She is unprofessional, unreasonable, and condescending. An LPN who makes a quarter of what my daughter makes is belittling her! Hilarious. My family and I rented from here for two years. We as a family went through times. I knew what I signed up for when I signed the lease, even though I was too the letter of the agreement of the lease I signed l knew what to expect. When I needed something fixed it was taken care of right away. It can be difficult to property manager but this company showed compassion for my family needs, there customer service was excellent. The owner of this business is a horrible unpleasant, unprofessional person. The staff tries to be helpful, but are not allowed because of all of the conditions and fees and loopholes involved with this company. If you don't believe me, just wait till you sit down to review it a lease. You will end up screwed in the end and come out worse that when you began.
