Driver of new black Chevy lifted drove about 80 miles an hour on 24 th street in western CaveCreek area north of Joy Ranch rd nearly struck my husband as he peddled his bike for Maricopa trail . This horrible rude man could Not slow down in a 25 mPH zone for a bicyclist! He had an older gentleman with him in this big bad company vehicle. Shame on this company for employing such rude and dangerous people to represent them.
This review is for homeowners looking to potentially employ a property management company. Caveat Emptor (Let the buyer beware) I was a tenant in a property managed by this team. They were absolutely horrible to deal with and regularly failed to meet their responsibilities to me as the tenant and to the owner of the home. My daughter and I live in a property managed by Tracey Benson and First Sonoran Property Management. The way Tracey speaks to my daughter is not okay. She is unprofessional, unreasonable, and condescending. An LPN who makes a quarter of what my daughter makes is belittling her! Hilarious. My family and I rented from here for two years. We as a family went through times. I knew what I signed up for when I signed the lease, even though I was too the letter of the agreement of the lease I signed l knew what to expect. When I needed something fixed it was taken care of right away. It can be difficult to property manager but this company showed compassion for my family needs, there customer service was excellent.
