Just took my chainsaw for repair. These guys were GREAT! Friendly, courteous and FAST. Highly recommend them. Will absolutely return for future business.

My experience with fFirst small Engine was fantastic Service like this is very rare. All that I was promise was delivered. We had a saying in the Marine Corp above and beyond the call of duty.
I've taken my mower to them three times. The first two they fixed it on the spot. The most recent they promised me two weeks, but got it done in three days. Now it runs like new. This last time they went ahead and did the work rather than calling me with an estimate (which would have been okay had we agreed to it up front). But their price was reasonable. They've always been friendly and willing to answer questions. I'll keep going back.
Small shop.. Big Hearts. Steve and son Stephen have been cordial, educational, polite, and display a knowledge of all kinds of small engines. In this case, Stephen stopped what he was doing to look at my Carb because he thought it a quick fix and didn't want me to leave it. This instead of saying there was a charge to evaluate, then a call with an estimate. He took it apart, showed me the problem, fixed it, sold me a filter and I was on my way in 20 minutes. That's the service I like and why I like them.
I went there today this place is in need of serious organization makover and Custormer Service Training, They had Lawnmowers and Parts all over the place unclean and unkept Garage area. I called before I took my lawnmower over & explained I had a small leak in the hose that ran from the gas tank to the carburator, was told no problem that they could fix it - so I brought it over, then was told they could sale me the hose but wouldn't be able to fix it. No doubt about it, the best service, ever! I counted on him to make all my repairs in the past and will always use Steve's service in the future. I refer him to all my friends.
