Fort wayne, black market jujitsu is full of very knowledgeable and friendly instructors. The Chill vide and easy going atmosphere makes training productive and fun. "You get out of training what you put in mindset" means everyone can go at their own pace.
I’ve trained Jiu-Jitsu at a couple of other gyms in the area and never really felt at home. Black Market BJJ at First Shield Defense in Fort Wayne has beginner, intermediate, advanced and competition classes, perfect for any age or skill level!
Clean facility! Great coaches! Supportive community! I’ve been training here for a little over two years now. I've always considered getting into jiu jitsu, but never took the leap. Figured I'd look around Fort Wayne and ended up trying these guys out. I've been doing it a little over a month now and love going to it. Everyone's very welcoming and the prices are very reasonable for the amount of classes you have access to. My son even started doing the self defense and jiu jitsu classes a couple weeks ago too and he loves it. Definitely worth trying out, especially when your first week is free!
I'm 53 years old and work behind a computer all day... I was getting fat and having chronic pains all over the place. Kyle has been amazing at helping me get back into shape, while simultaneously teaching me valuable self defense skills. He is a patient and skilled instructor and I am grateful! ... This has not been an easy process, but it has been well worth it!
