I don't like getting stabbed in the face. FSD gave me valuable insight into how not to get stabbed in the face or anywhere else. Been training there a few years and recommend them highly to everyone who also doesn't want to get stabbed in the face.
After a year of training here, I can say that this is the best investment of my time and money I could’ve made! I’ve gone from knowing virtually nothing, to being very confident in my ability to protect myself and those around me. The instructors do a fantastic job of meeting you where you are at, building and shaping your skills into a digestible, useful and practical self defense format.
