After a year of training here, I can say that this is the best investment of my time and money I could’ve made! I’ve gone from knowing virtually nothing, to being very confident in my ability to protect myself and those around me. This gym is not for competition but for real life situations. All instructors emphasize priority of protecting ourselves(and others) physically, and legally. Best place to learn to be a better defender. The people you train with are all amazing individuals.

First Shield Defense was an amazing experience. I went through some life saving tactics and training within the first hour. Mental & Physical preparedness is the goal. I know what I need to work on & practice. Thank you Kyle for providing First Shield Defense courses.

Thoroughly enjoyed the several different classes I tried with First Shield Defense. Great atmosphere and very welcoming to people of all skill levels to learn and train. I would sign up if I still lived nearby. Thanks Kyle!
