After 8 weeks of therapy at Caldwell location of First Settlement, I am now done.. Were there hard days, heck YES!!!! Those first few weeks after total knee replacement were definitely some of the hardest that I ever did. From the stationary bike to all the stretching and pulling till the ice pack at the end, I was not expecting this recovery to be so HARD…But thanks to Drew, Aaron,Jenna and Madison I made it.
