Before I began therapy my knee was giving me so much pain. I couldn’t do my normal daily activities. I couldn’t walk up stairs leading with the correct leg. I didn’t rest well at night due to the pressure on my knee from laying in bed. I had to use pillows under my knee to be comfortable. At my advanced age, I was a little worried about total knee replacement, but the staff at First settlement, physical therapy did an excellent job in helping me to regain the best possible results and thank them for their hard work and dedication with just the right amount of push to achieve my goal. I would certainly give them an A+ recommendation to anyone who needs this type of physical therapy
