Came in with a broken fibia and a severely twisted ankle. I was having a lot of pain, using a boot and had very limited mobility with a lot of pain. Dr. Sarah Sturm scheduled me for 2 - 1 hr sessions a week...and home work. After 6 weeks, the break was healed and I was back in my walking shoes. I have nothing but praise for First Settlement and highly recommend the staff, physical therapists and Dr. Sturm. If you ever find yourself needing physical therapy...contact them first!
Individualized treatment plans, and treatment from a PT that has only you as the patient for the hour. I can’t recommend FSPT enough!
If you are a person who loves top shelf things, you will love fspt 10 th St. Huntington. I suffered a complicated trimolialer ankle fracture. When I began PT I was in a boot, still in consistent pain and could hobble only a few blocks to catch a bus. Six weeks and 12 sessions later I was able to walk with no brace for 4 miles with 3 breaks.
