I went through PT before and after my shoulder surgery and was so pleased with the results! I had one on one coaching with specific instruction to get the maximum benefit for my efforts. The printed and written instructions for doing the PT at home on the days I didn't go in for PT was very helpful. I go to the Logan, OH clinic and the staff there is outstanding! I didn't really want to go to pt because I thought it was a waste of my time, and I boldly carried my bad attitude with me on my first visit. After the initial assessment of my shoulder, the therapist talked to me about the plan ahead of me to get me through the pain and back into full range of motion. I left that day with hope.
