Mark was fantastic! He was friendly and knowledgeable and fast. Got the drain cleared ASAP!
Mark did a great job. However, I question a 30 minute job having a $375 ‘negotiated’ cost.
First visit was to evaluate and give an estimate. Repairs were scheduled that day, and work was completed the following week. Great customer service and clear communication!
