Avoid this place at all costs. The staff has no idea how the billing system works and supposedly one person is supposed to be the one dealing with auto pay and setting the ccards up in the system but they'll continue to call and ask for your credit card number over and over every month then promise you that they'll get it handled. I had a disappointing experience with this storage company. Paying $70 a month for a small unit should come with a reasonable expectation of cleanliness. However, I was shocked to find my items covered in rat droppings. I stored furniture and power tools, and now the furniture is heavily soiled, and some power tool cords have been chewed.
