First security installed a full integrated fire, intrusion and door access control system on our campus. They are dependable and reasonably priced. John, Matt, and Darrel were great to work with.
First security systems is a great conpany they installed my cameras in a timely manner and i can even control them with my phone anywhere i get service. The reviews about John are literally just karens or grumpy customers not getting thier way he was very professional and kind i would recommend him again.
Took over a building with a system hosted by them. No phones answered, no response to voice mail. Finally got someone and it was a strange call followed by another strange call and a promise to email a new contract. Pretty sure system is not even working. Calling someone who answers phones with better reviews.
Great company!! John was very helpful in finding which system and camera would work best for my home and rentals. Professional and knowledgeable from every part of the process from the phone call to the install. I would highly recommend!
