The young lady that helped me had transferred from Pangburn had to sign Fraud Dispute my acct was hacked Friday $500.00 Amy at downtown branch was very helpful also

I have banked here since I was 16 and today was the only time I have recieved bad service. It was also the first time at this location. They made me come inside and were unnecessarily rude. I will not be back.

I don’t recommend doing any business at all. My account was fraudulently charged then we brought it current to only have someone do it again. Going through the fraud process and they get rude with the CUSTOMER and hang up. BAD BUSINESS WITH RUDE EMPLOYEES
