Been banking with first security bank for years. I love this bank, went there on 11/18/2025 and a girl named kacey was very rude to me and my husband for no reason. I don't know if she was having a bad day, but worst experience of my life. She had the worst attitude. Hope she has better days to come and learns what good customer service is.
Dear Kacey and First Security I’ve been banking with First Security Bank for years and have always loved this bank. However, during my visit on 11/18/2025, I had a very disappointing experience. An employee named Kacey was unexpectedly rude to me and my wife, and we’re not sure why. Maybe she was having a bad day, but it ended up being one of the worst customer service experiences I’ve had. Love my bank. Been with First Security 15 years or more. Always, Always very friendly and kind. Always take care of me and make me feel like family.
idiotic anti mask policy and one of the tellers stole some of my money when I went in to change my coins in (without the pennies it was nearly $30 and they only gave me $20)
