I honestly cannot stand having to use this bank. Most of the people that work there are nice but I have encountered some of the most condescending and arrogant workers as well. One in particular (sorry I don’t know her name) gives me nothing but trouble when I need to cash a check. Not to mention the side eye she gives me, she acts like she’s doing me a favor like I’m not good enough to be in the bank. Worst bank ever to deal with they just steal money from your account
First Secure Bank and Trust Company is a huge disappointment. I am not a person who writes bad reviews, but let me be brief and honest about my experience as a customer of this bank. I had a commercial loan and First Secure failed to pay my property taxes. This led to a letter being sent to me by Kankakee county about my taxes being up for sale. Can’t say enough great things about my mortgage experience with Adam Saffar. I came to the bank with a need for a quick close on a refinance and they delivered. Adam was dedicated throughout the entire process AND kept my updated and for that I’m very appreciative. 5 stars!
