Mike is an experienced and thorough RV technician. We called him when we had an issue with our black tank (on our NEW RV). It took a little trouble shooting since it was only a small piece of glue (from production) that was stuck in the gate vale holding it open ever so slightly. Mike responded quickly replacing the valve for us and we haven’t had an issue since. He takes his time and backs his work. I highly recommend him for any RV maintenance, service or inspections.
We had the opportunity to work with Mike back in June 2023. We were so grateful that despite our distance he gave us his time and expertise over a video call. Mike’s confident and relaxed personality made him a joy to work with. His knowledge far exceeded what we expected as well and we were able to make decisions that we felt comfortable with. We would absolutely recommend Mike to others and use him again in the future!
