Unprofessional, unprepared, unorganized. Impressively rude. They’re convinced they’re the best but they can’t do something as simple as provide the right-sized uniforms or the proper books to start the course. It’s like watching a chicken run around without a head, and believe me, the head chicken there is A’d up from the ground up. Totally unprofessional posted they were giving away a scholarship. You had to provide A essay 3 letters of recommendations. The winner was not supposed to be selected till September but was already selected in August. This shows the organization is completely unorganized. I had to call back several times and no one new who I was or remembered that I called or even returned my call as promised . I would highly not recommend this organization . I just graduated high school and wanted to not only know how to save a life, but be confident in any emergency medical situation that I could make a difference. FRTG gave that to me and so much more. The instructors and staff are amazing. The president and CEO walks around and helps out with any and everything/one. RecommendedFirst Response Training Group is the best option when it comes to emergency medicine education in Central Florida. The curriculum is tough but fair, and will undoubtedly set you up for success in the real world. The best decision I’ve ever made was going to FRTG. This is the best school public or private if you want to be not only a good first responder but the best the profession has to offer. Very professional top notch group of instructors. My dept does all of our re-certifications with FRTG and it’s always a great experience. Instead of being a basic, boring, horrible required class, it’s instead a very productive, interesting, well paced environment that is enjoyable and has you learning new information when you thought you knew it all. One of the best experiences I have ever had. All of the instructors have different ways they teach but all will make sure you learn it and know it. Great school, owner is a great guy. They want you to pass and will do what ever it to make sure you pass. Class of E-83
EMT instructors are knowledgeable and experienced. Both instructors and administrators make themselves readily available and always willing to help. The program isn't easy, but staff will put in the work to help you succeed if you are willing to do the same.
