I recently called Greg to come out and take a look at a couple things on my 5th wheel. He was very prompt, knowledgeable, and got my issues fixed without recommending the entire unit to be replaced. While he was there he helped me out with some smaller things and gave me some good tips on some maintenance that I could do. I will absolutely be recommending him and will call him if a problem arises that I can’t handle. Do yourself a favor and call Greg, he is a certified RV technician not some handyman.
VERY PLEASED!!! My wife and I just bought a new camper and after some research, found it wise to get a third party inspector. Greg, with first response, RV service provided professional and completed service, including those that were found along the way. He was able to troubleshoot quickly, obtain parts and provide an estimate for each project including a water heater element, a new kitchen faucet, new circuit breakers, toilet seal and a new converter. We had Greg with First Response RV Services inspect a RV before purchasing. It was a great experience. So much greatinformation in the report to help us make a decision and to use for the future. It is easy to tell Greg enjoys RV camping with his family, has lots of experience, and knows RVs. We wanted a certified RV inspector.
