I had a terrible experience with this mold remediation vendor. I was referred to them and told to speak with Mike, but was then passed to Fred, who turned out to be unprofessional and difficult to work with. I had to follow up multiple times after a promised time to receive a quote, and ultimately, Fred refused to work with me on rebuilding the areas they had torn down. Fast and very accommodating. Clean up was great.
All the men who came here were professional and very knowledgeable. I was reassured by them and and the equipment they used to measure where the water was within the walls and the comparison they made after it was all dried. I highly recommend them.
They responded within 45 minutes. After agreeing to work, started immediately cleaning waste. Anthony,CJ, Art and crew were extremely helpful and courteous. All waste materials and trash removed and everything cleaned and sanitized. I happily recommend them to anyone in need of emergency services. First Response dealt directly with insurance company.
First response restoration did a great job. We were in a rush to close the house. Fast response, came back in a day after initial visit for an estimate. Got the job done and cleaned everything after the job. Great experience.
