First Response Restoration was fast and did a superb job in mitigating damage in our house due to water and ice. I highly recommend them. Also very easy communication and working with them with regard to our home insurance coverage and payment.

First Response was amazing - from the beginning, the customer service was fantastic. Their office manager, Dea, was in contact with me every step of the way. In addition to being efficient, speaking to her was very reassuring during a stressful time. The workers came in quickly, cleaned up & left my home in immaculate condition. Vinny was very responsive & helpful. The whole experience was very satisfying - I recommend First Response wholeheartedly for anyone needing these remediation services. A big thank you to the team!
