Professional crew and experience from start too finish. They worked around my schedule and got the job done in just under a week. Made it easy for me and dealt with insurance directly. I hope I don't have a flood again but if I do I'd absolutely use first response again

Unfortunately my basement flooded after this weeks’ record breaking rain. We had over 8 inches. Fortunately, First Response Restoration came to our rescue. They arrived the same day after I called Craig in the morning. Lewis arrived and helped us out in no time. The humidifier they left, had a problem and within 2 hrs on a Saturday, Lewis was back with a replacement.
