I am extremely disappointed with First Response Plumbing. Our water heater broke on July 1st. They delayed the initial visit until July 6th, told us parts would arrive by the 8th, and scheduled the repair for the 9th. I rushed home from work to meet them, only to receive a last-minute cancellation. Today, July 10th, they missed their 9:00 AM – 11:00 AM window. Fastest service i ever received on a home warranty claim filed claim at 1 pm chason with first Response plumbing was at my door about 3.30 find water heater leaking was able to fix problem in about 1 hour Great service Wish they could handle all my warranty claims

Excellent service! They were very knowledgeable and took the time to explain everything in detail. They returned my calls promptly, were extremely kind and professional, and made the entire process easy. They scheduled appointments efficiently and educated me on things I wasn't aware of. I truly appreciated their patience, expertise, and outstanding customer service. Highly recommend!

Sending a plumber to assess a well issue is not a good idea. Fortunately for me Randall was very ethical or it could have cost me a great deal of money. Had he carried through with his initial assessment there was a high probablity that the pump would have fallen into the well hole costing a great deal of money to retrieve or worst case a new well dug.
