Excellent job done by Eddy and August on replacing the water heater! They arrived on time, explained clearly what they were going to do, and worked efficiently. Always professional and smiling – made the whole experience smooth and pleasant.
Above and beyond expectations, honestly
The tech did a great job. He was very thorough. He tried his best to get the heater fixed the same day. In the end we ended up having to wait for Rheem to send the necessary part since it was still under waranty.
