Rey replaced our AC unit a few years ago and thankfully it still works well. HOWEVER, he has never filed paperwork or gotten a permit and we have been left in the lurch for YEARS. He doesn’t return calls and hangs up on you if you can actually get him on the phone. He’ll only answer the phone if he doesn’t remember the phone number. He even yelled at my husband claiming he didn’t do any work for us even though we have the paid invoice and copy of the check we gave him. STAY AWAY
