Had a clogged toilet drain and the plumbers came out super quick and cleared the clog in no time. However, we were pretty surprised when we received an emergency charge. When we first called we stated we would appreciate if the plumber could come out sooner rather than later as we had people renting the house. We were informed they had availability open up and they came within fifteen minutes. During the phone call with the receptionist, we were not informed that we would be charged an emergency fee. Frank and Mark rebuilt the water line intake in my 1950 househaa (town water intake, meter, pressure reducer and pressure meter and did an incredible job! They were very professional, punctual, and friendly. Their work was outstanding.
Frank was there in less than an hour to fix clogged toilet. Highly recommend!!
They should probably have changed their title also to plumbing and drain as they "don't do anything with heating piping anymore" would have been informative.
