They should probably have changed their title also to plumbing and drain as they "don't do anything with heating piping anymore" would have been informative.
Great experience with the First Response Plumbing team. Punctual and knowledgable with tons of experience, able to explain the situation clearly to those without a plumbing background. All around good guys!
I've never written a review before but I felt that I had to commend Frank for being responsive, doing quality work, and caring about the issues I had. Very professional, responsive, and thorough. I highly recommend Frank and will use him for any other projects in the future.
Water heater was leaking, contacted First Response and was immediately able to speak to an actual person who was very nice and helpful. Brian, the plumber, came out the same day and we made a plan to have it replaced. Brian is very pleasant and easy to talk to, he was extremely helpful, and answered all our questions. We had a warranty on our old water heater and he had to come disconnect it, take it back to the store where it was purchased, had to make the return and purchase new one.
