Very professional, polite, prompt and trustworthy! During my first call, he provided me free advice to quick fix issues that he could've charged me a lot to "repair" and I wouldn't have known the difference. For that reason, I contacted him a couple weeks later after my plumbing became clogged. He very patiently explained and showed me the issue and provided me affordable options to choose from to fix the issue. He'll be the first person i contact for any future issues!
Ilya is fantastic! Knows exactly what he's doing. Quick service & fair pricing. Highly recommend for any plumbing issue!
We reached out to get our sink and bathtub spouts fixed. We sent them pictures and videos of the issue. They gave us a quote. Next day we called them and they were able to come out and fix it within two hours and the price they quoted us was truly 10x less than we were quoted by another company. They explained the process and were very attentive and detailed with everything. They were very kind and professional as well. We are so glad we found a reliable and family owned business we can utilize for our plumbing needs ◡̈
I fully trust Ilya for all of my plumbing needs. His work is perfect and he really cares about doing the job quickly. I highly recommend him.
