Great experience! Phil and Adam were friendly and professional. Our toilet was constantly running water, and we could not figure out why. They assessed the situation, determined it was a water pressure issue instead of just a toilet part, and made the necessary corrections. They also replaced the toilet parts due to the wear & tear and now everything is great! Larry Jennings had done work before for me at one of my office parks. He did great work and in a timely manner. But now he has done a 180. I called Larry 4 weeks ago about fixing a water leak at one of my buildings and he said they would get on it the next day. Well I assumed it was fixed then got my water bill of over $2000 and called him this past Friday and he said he had forgotten. I politely said I understood and he went by the building the same day. I've used Larry & Phillip on two separate occasions. Each time was excellent in quality and price. I will use them for all future needs. They are prompt and efficient. Fast, friendly, and clean work. Highly recommendable!
Worst experience ever. The should be renamed "Last Response Plumbing". That is if you ever get a call back. I have called for three days straight for them to fix a part they previously fixed at my office building and they have yet to call me back or contact me in any way. I feel like they are just trying to avoid me so they will not have to fix the work that was not done correctly the first time, even though I have already paid them for it. So fed up with them. DO NOT USE THIS PLUMBER!!!!
