The guys showed, got stuck in and completed my external repaint in 2 days. They worked fast and were very respectful. Nothing too difficult. I recommend First Response Highly.
We engaged First Response to repair a door frame at our unit complex. The initial "completed" job was terrible by the project supervisors own admission, with holes unfilled and paint unfinished. After several months and three further attempts the job was finally completed to what appeared to be a satisfactory standard. Only four months later there is significant rust again. Yet again an extremely bad experience with this company. Other than the senior staff member on site the company overall is horrible to deal with. Did a cleaning job at the complex I'm at and left a big mess (ironically) in our courtyard, didn't knock on the door to advise of any of this, didn't move any furniture back that was moved, no note left, nothing and then the person who responds to emails did so incredibly rudely when I asked what the blue stuff was that was left all over our pavers.
