06/04/2018 Priced gouged after starting then did not complete basic components of agreement. 5/25/2018 owner Michael quoted a hedge trim and bed clear out on 4 beds in person, taking pictures on his phone for reference. A text was sent to confirm the job and clarify that some ground level grass would be remove- Michael confirmed that would happen. 5/26he did the job then refused to remove the ground level grass without additional payment, stating it was too much, despite having seen it in person the day before. Doesn't finish the job as he promised. BBB doesn't have anything good to say about this company either. I should have checked out BBB before I hired Michael Wade.
Initial Post: Beware of First Response Lawn Care! Mike did not complete another job he started. He was supposed to replace most of my yard with new sod but only killed half of what he was supposed to and never returned. For the past two weeks he has not answered my text or phone calls. Yet he just posted another ad on Craigslist just yesterday advertising his business. Be sure to check out the BBB and Google on this business before you try him.
