We called First Response around 5:30 on a Wednesday evening and they were at our within 30 minutes. Their team of 4 guys got to work immediately and were out of our house in less than 3 hours. They spent a week drying out significant moisture along with treating the house, and left without leaving a mess. Best customer service I’ve ever received for my house. Thank you gentlemen.
First response is excellent. We had water damage on our wall and floor. David and team did remediation of mildew and then did the repairs. They worked with our insurance company and with us. They had to replace the flooring throughout our first floor, since the flooring we had, could not be matched. They were finished in 3 days and we are thrilled with the job they did. I can’t say enough about how great an experience it was. I totally recommend them.
