My mother was in need special care but all the other services were trying to charging an absorbent price and couldn’t even service that they would call back, First Response immediately accepted my mother trip to ensure she was able to get to her appointment on time, the dispatcher tenek was so nice and extremely helpful, the billing department was amazing as it is difficult scheduling multiple trips. The medics were very respectful and joked with my mother the whole way. All in, would use them anytime!
Beware: not a certified EMS company
First Response EMS came when I called 911 in Inkster for my son. They got here fast an the medics was so kind to him, kept him calm even tho I was a reck. Very greatful they got us safe to the hospitle. Thank u so much

They showed up on time, the ambulance was spotless, and th EMTs treated my grandmother with so much respect and care. You can tell they actually take pride in what they do, and that makes all the difference.
