First Response EMS came when I called 911 in Inkster for my son. They got here fast an the medics was so kind to him, kept him calm even tho I was a reck. Very greatful they got us safe to the hospitle. Thank u so much

They showed up on time, the ambulance was spotless, and th EMTs treated my grandmother with so much respect and care. You can tell they actually take pride in what they do, and that makes all the difference. The team at First Response EMS were great. Honestly I have called companies and the do not show up. I could defiantly my experience was amazing during my recent transport to a dialysis appointment. They were super nice making sure I was comfortable the whole time. Their kindness really put me at ease, and I truly appreciate how smoothly everything went.
