Purchased equipment and I got the same deal. Everybody else was going to ship it. Talked to one person then another. Then they found that they don't have it but the other person said they did. Regardless I was going to get my money back 2 months later. Still no money now. Nobody returns calls, messages nothing. Don't walk run away. Don't know if I'll get anywhere, but my attorney has drafted a demand letter followed by intent to sue and I'll be trying to put liens on property and vehicles under the LLC. Enough is enough.
Purchased a core off them about a month ago, never received it. Asked for a refund and they kept telling me they submitted it and should be getting confirmation soon. Never got anything and now they don’t answer the phone. Never knew you could run a business off scamming people. Definitely wouldn’t trust them.
NEGATIVE FEEDBACK: On March 18, 2024, I sent him a $900 payment for a used like new Core with handheld that he said he needed to get rid of and also for an Arges with control head. Supposedly it was packed up to ship and he was getting it out that week. I emailed a prepaid 2-day UPS label because I needed to get it to me for an install. Purchased several mini light bars and surface mount lights for my equipment. The knowledge of these folks at the shop are amazing!! I wasn’t sure what I needed or wanted , but they helped and I couldn’t be more happy!! Go see them for all Your lighting needs!
