this company is the worst. after the fire happened, they were so quick to be nice so they can get their money. once you sign the papers, they show their true selves. they are extremely unprofessional and don't clean up properly. they took forever to do their job and we'd find the workers sitting with their legs up on OUR furniture. they used our toilets when we told them not to, because our water was turned off. we had to clean the toilets that THEY clogged up. they broke down walls to avoid mold, but didn't throw out any of... read more

Horrible 13 months , work is sloppy with unskilled workers , not reliable once the get paid by the insurance company, they do more damage than good, they ignore that there’s a pandemic and walk around the house without mask, they store they’re tolls in your house and say they’ll be back tomorrow and the tolls sit for days and sometimes weeks, they lie and say you say things that you don’t, just need to learn we are not friends “WE WANT TO GET BACK INTO OUR HOME !!

I had sewage overflow in my basement in the late hours of the September 1, 2021 Hurricane Ida storm. When I called before 8am the next morning First Response answered my call. Their staff is excellent, professional, quick and efficient. I would recommend them without hesitation.
