Very disappointed with First Response, the service we got from the receptionist was amazing and called us back quickly to follow up but once we spoke with Ryan that went well but after that call we never got to get in touch with him… he new we would contact him the following Tuesday, I sent him an email on Tuesday, no reply, I sent him a text on the Wednesday, no reply I called the office again talked to the receptionist, she said that he would call us soon.. never heard back from him… We found another company, but lost so m... read more
5-Stars is not enough! We recently purchased our first home and, heartbreakingly, found mold in the area designated for our parents. First Response Cleaning was a lifesaver. Ryan deserves special recognition; he was amazing during the consultation, taking the time to educate us and tailor a solution. Ryan has helped me twice now, and each time he delivered excellent, reliable work. Last summer he handled the asbestos abatement, duct cleaning, and IAQ testing at my home. More recently, he assisted me fix a lingering basement odour, walking me through the steps and giving clear, practical advice. It is hard to find someone thorough as he is. He takes the time to explain everything, responds quickly, and never tries to oversell. I would not hesitate to call him again.
We recently needed a company that could help us deal with our cleaning needs at our condo and thankfully we found a company that could address all our issues, they were fast a very efficient.
