RecommendedRyan and his team was very helpful. Our daughter purchased her first home and is very happy. I’m sure it was more difficult with COVID guidelines but the team helped us get all the paperwork we needed. Thanks again.
Ryan was very helpful at first. Once you sign the paperwork choosing them as your loan officer, it all goes downhill. Communication is passed off to assistants, assistants admit to not reading over paperwork while pushing you to sign time sensitive documents. Many many times the number's for the loan, fees, and more were incorrect. When asked, it was "correct" until pushed further and then an half-baked apology came.
