I recently had a highly disappointing encounter with First republic Title Co, and I want to share my experience to help others avoid a similar situation. We engaged their services for a real estate transaction and were appalled by their dishonest behavior. Despite canceling the deal during the inspection period, which is a common occurrence in such cases, they sent us an unjust cancellation invoice of $1500(!!!)
