Very customer oriented bank.
Best bank I’ve had, really sad to see them probably go bankrupt
Writing a review because it wasn’t until these past couple weeks that I realized how important it is to bank with a bank that you can actually get a hold of. I needed a few urgent important documents and Justin Hannah got them all to me SO quickly. I felt bad I was being annoying asking for so many things but he truly made me feel like I wasn’t being an inconvenience (although I def was 😅). My emails and calls were always answered within minutes (maybe even seconds) and this made a very stressful time in my life A LOT less ... read more
