Terrible experience. Jennifer is rude and has no customer service skills. The manager Tracy is short. They don't return calls. I am happier with my new bank. Don't waste your time.
Tracy, Bob, and Jennifer are such a welcoming group! They really know how to make you feel at home and are very attentive and diligent in servicing all of my banking needs.
The new branch manager Donald Deshotels is the best. He transferred from Montclair branch, a lost to them, but a true asset to San Ramon. He is always helpful, knowledgeable and courteous. He is the main reason we bank at First Republic Bank.
