Had a great run for quite a few years. What I've learned is - there's no personal banking relationship here. They do most services well but the second you try to withdraw and deposit hard cash - they label you a criminal and cite the Banking Secrecy Act. A lot of good this banking relationship did...I even offered banking history reports and my tax returns, my goodness. At the end of it, "we do not feel comfortable". The most horrible bank keep rejecting my checks I have to go to writers bank more than three times. Because they keep rejecting because they have no money to cash them
Always a helpful and kind team, no questions asked. Highly recommended. This bank really raises the bar when it comes to customer service.
